Brim is a 27-unit apartment building developed by Willamette Stone and located in the Central Eastside of Portland at the intersectoin of SE 12th Avenue and SE Ankeny Street. The building features studio and one-bedroom apartments with high-touch interior design elements. The building also hosts several murals on the interior of the space and building exterior. The building was sold in summer 2017.
